Superfast Ferries

The Greek shipping company Superfast Ferries is part of the Attica Group S.A. The publicly listed group based in Piraeus/Greece operates various profitable ferry routes. The Attica subsidiary Superfast Ferries currently operates three high-speed ferries between Greece and Italy.

Superfast Ferries was founded in 1995 and is now regarded as one of the leading ferry companies with the highest quality standards. The company's fleet consists of ultra-modern and comfortable ships that fully meet the demands of today's travelers. The aim of Superfast Ferries is therefore not only to offer guests an excellent service, but also to make the crossing an unforgettable experience. This includes, among other things, the various accommodation options on board.

The range of cabins that can be booked on the ferries includes comfortable sleeper chairs, reclining rooms, comfortable inside and outside cabins, wheelchair-accessible cabins, PURE cabins and luxury cabins with high-quality furnishings for discerning guests. Entertainment and fun are also provided during the crossing. The ships are equipped with swimming pools, discos, bars, casinos and Internet. There are also numerous shopping facilities on board. The well-stocked boutiques offer perfumes, cosmetics, jewelry, accessories, gifts, souvenirs, clothing, travel accessories, selected wines and spirits as well as Greek and Italian specialties.

The Superfast Ferries ships operate daily scheduled services between the Greek ports of Igoumenitsa and Patras and the Italian ports of Bari, Venice and Ancona. In summer, there is also a well-frequented connection from Ancona and Bari to Corfu.

When it comes to environmental protection, Superfast Ferries is a particularly responsible and exemplary company. Recycling of valuable raw materials and energy management on all ships, active coastal protection, continuous investment in new technologies, employee training and the use of non-toxic paints to avoid poisoning marine organisms are just some of the key points that contribute to the ferry company regularly receiving ISO 14001 environmental management certification. This also includes the reduction of the ecological footprint.
