The ferry port on the island of Lipsi offers connections to the 17 other Greek islands of Patmos, Nisyros, Tilos, Leros, Kasos, Arki, Samos, Astypalea, Kastelorizo, Agathonisi, Fournoi, Kalymnos, Rhodes, Kos, Karpathos, Symi and Ikaria as well as to the ferry port of Piraeus on the Greek mainland. A total of 18 routes are offered several times a week by the shipping companies Hellenic Seaways, Blue Star Ferries and Dodekanisos Seaways.

Lipsi Port Information
Some people like Lipsi because of its special charm. Only a few people live on Lipsi. Narrow, clean alleyways, several tavernas, plenty of peace and quiet and very friendly people make for a relaxing vacation. The island is very small and can be easily explored on foot. However, there are buses to the beaches, of which there are half a dozen with sand or pebbles. There is plenty of accommodation for visitors and so far it has been very reasonably priced. The picturesque landscape of Lipsi is barren, the hills round and low, so hikers will feel at home here.
