Kythnos Port Information

At 100 km², the island with its main town of the same name is comparable in size to the North Frisian island of Sylt. Kythnos is your vacation destination in the South Aegean region. Together with the islands of Kea, Serifos and Sifnos, Kythnos forms the Cyclades island chain. On Kythnos you will find both rural seclusion and tourist activities. You can bathe and swim at five dozen beaches - or take a detour to the thermal and iron springs that run right through the island town of Loutra. In the village of Kanala in the south of the island, you should visit the Greek Orthodox pilgrimage church.
