The Genoa ferry port is one of the most modern ferry terminals in Europe and is strategically located right next to the city's famous lighthouse. It consists of the three main terminals "Calata Chiappella", "Ponte Caracciolo" and "Ponte Colombo" as well as a special building for handling the "CTN Tunisia Ferries".

Opposite the striking "Matitone" high-rise building, whose pencil-like shape can be seen from afar, the ferry terminal is an important hub for passenger and freight traffic. Its proximity to the city center, Cristoforo Colombo Airport (only 5 km away) and Genoa Stazione Principe train station, which is only a few bus stops away, makes it particularly convenient. It is also very well connected to the public transport network, with the Piazza di Dinegro metro station nearby, providing quick access to the city center.

The Traghetti Genova ferry port offers travelers numerous amenities, including a first-floor shopping center with stores, bars, restaurants and a supermarket, ideal for last-minute shopping or a quick refreshment before departure.
