Saint Barthélemy, also known as Saint Barts, is a French Caribbean island in the northwest of the Lesser Antilles. The main ferry port of Saint-Barthélemy is Gustavia, the capital of the island. The most important ferry routes to and from Saint-Barthélemy connect the island with the neighboring islands of Saint-Martin, Sint Maarten and Anguilla. There are several daily ferry connections from Marigot (Saint-Martin) and Philipsburg (Sint Maarten) to Gustavia, which are offered by various ferry companies. The crossing takes between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending on the route and ship.
